Free Shipping

Free shipping is only qualified for shipment within contiguous United States, therefore we exclude the states of Alaska, Hawaii, and all other off-shore U.S. territories and possessions. All international orders are not qualified for any free shipping promotions on our website, and Home Antenna will charge additional shipping according to different locations. Please contact us for an international shipping price quote before you plan to place an order. International buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that required by the custom of the shipping countries.

Return Policy

No Restocking Fee. 60 Days Money Back Guarantee

All returns must be authorized. Please retain the authorization & shipping instructions (with RMA number) from our customer service representatives. Please write the RMA number on the package and return to the following address.

Once we receive the package, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Home Antenna will not charge any restocking fee, but the shipping fee is non-refundable. We offer 60 days money back guarantee. Hence,  we do not accept any return or issue any refund on return after 60 days from original payment date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the products are defective.

Home Antenna offers 2 year standard warranty to all of our products. We will replace or repair specific parts if the antenna stop working or function inappropriate within 2 years from payment date. However, customers are responsible for shipping cost of exchange and replacement.

Exception to USB-TV and any refurbished items, warranty only covers Manufacturer’s defects for up to 60 days from date of purchase.

  • Warranty does not cover user’s mishandling of the products (dropped or abused)
  • Please do not immerse device in water or handling the device with wet hands.
  • Do not use the device in extreme heat or cold temperature.
