Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Offers are only qualified to shipment to contiguous United States, which excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. All international orders are not qualified for any free shipping promotions on our website. Additional shipping/custom charge may be collected from customers if orders are placed online. All international payments must be made by wire transfer or bank deposit or through PayPal. Please contact us for an international shipping price quote before you make any payment. Buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that required by the custom of your own country.

All returns must be authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions (with RMA # ) can be obtained from our customer service representatives. Return your product via UPS or USPS with RMA# marked on the surface of your package, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, customers have to be responsible for return shipping cost). NO Restocking fee needed. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Sixty (60) days money back guarantee. After sixty (60) days from the invoice date, we do not accept any return or issue any refund on return.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Orders that received any ‘Free Shipping’ offer that are subsequently returned for refund will have the original shipping charge deducted from your refund. (Unless the product is defective, you will then be issued a return label from our sales staff.)

We will replace the whole package or repair specific parts if any part is defective or doesn’t function appropriately. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping cost of exchange and replacement.

Exception to USB-TV and any refurbished items, warranty only covers Manufacturer’s defects for up to 60 days from date of purchase.
